Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales goals. The role also acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
You will lead and develop staff, assist with merchandising, stock daily shipments, manage cash, and ensure safety and visual standards. This fast-paced role requires robust leadership, communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
