About the Role Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior E-commerce Specialist to join their expanding digital team on a fully remote basis, supporting their operations out of Kimberley . This leadership role involves driving the strategy and execution of all e-commerce initiatives, focusing on optimizing the online sales funnel, enhancing customer experience, and achieving aggressive growth targets. You will leverage your deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and customer behavior to identify opportunities, implement innovative solutions, and lead projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, including product listings, merchandising, and promotional activities.
Oversee digital marketing efforts related to e-commerce, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, identifying key trends, insights, and areas for growth and conversion rate optimization.




Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and efficient operations.
Stay ahead of e-commerce industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
7+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce management and digital strategy.
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and associated tools.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online sales and conversion rates.
