Job Description

Partner with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into IT solutions.

Lead infrastructure, network, cloud, and workplace technology initiatives.

Manage end-to-end IT projects, including scope, budget, timelines, and delivery.

Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and networks.

Oversee vendors, managed service providers, and technology partners.

Drive IT service improvements, incident management, and operational excellence.

Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cybersecurity compliance.

Develop IT roadmaps aligned with business priorities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Business Partner (ITBP) Lead should have

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology,



Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, or IT operations.

Proven experience leading IT projects and managing stakeholders.

Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, networking, and IT service management.

Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams

Preferred Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Azure, AWS, or Cisco certifications
