Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an advisor on HR best practices

• Collaborate on employee relations and workforce planning
• Manage change and organizational development initiatives
• Facilitate leadership capability enhancements

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience
• Relevant university degree
• Strong problem identification and consulting skills
• Excellent communication with senior leaders
• Unionized setting experience is beneficial
