We are hiring Field Materials Testing Technicians for our office in Terrace, BC. It is a full-time permanent position and eligible for benefits after 3 months.

What you will be doing:

Travelling to job sites to sample and test concrete and aggregate

recording and reporting results

liaising with clients and site personnel

troubleshooting real time compliance issues in the field and monitoring non-compliance protocols

What you will get:

$25 -30/hr for experienced testing technician

What you will need to have:

8 years of experience in working as a Materials Testing Technician

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

Ability to lift and control weights up to 23 kilos / 50 lbs.

Experience in Concrete Testing and Soil testing is an asset

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to learn customized computer programs

Strong ethics
