About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Data Manager to join their fully remote team, supporting operations that may include insights from Kimberley . This role is critical for managing and ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of clinical trial data. You will be responsible for database design, data validation, query management, and data cleaning activities, working closely with biostatisticians, CRAs, and clinical scientists. This is an excellent opportunity for a data management qualified to contribute to critical pharmaceutical research from a remote location, playing a key role in the analysis and interpretation of clinical trial outcomes that inform drug development decisions.
Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain clinical databases using EDC systems.
Develop data management plans and establish data validation procedures.
Perform data cleaning, discrepancy resolution, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Oversee the execution of data review meetings and query resolution processes.
Collaborate with biostatisticians to ensure data readiness for statistical analysis.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g.,



FDA, ICH) and company SOPs.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Proficiency with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm).
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
