Key Responsibilities:
• Provide spiritual guidance to students
• Mentor the TMCA student leadership team
• Organize faith gatherings and retreats




• Engage with community organizations for outreach
• Support strategic planning for ministry effectiveness

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education with ministry experience
• 2-5 years in youth or young adult ministry
• Deep understanding of Catholic teachings
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Availability for evenings and weekends
