This role involves casual shifts across different times of the day, including evenings and weekends, aimed at providing crucial support for families. You'll implement strategies aligned with the Youth Centered Continuum of Care, fostering an environment that uplifts both mothers and their children. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate a protected, welcoming environment for children
• Support mothers in their journey to regain custody
• Collaborate with community agencies for holistic support




• Nurture positive relationships with youth in care
• Implement the Baby Steps Program guidelines effectively

Requirements:
• Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Relevant experience working with children required
• Must obtain CPR and ASIST training within 6 months
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Background check with Vulnerable Sector required within 6 months
