GardaWorld is seeking dedicated Screening Officers ready to lead and develop their colleagues. You will deliver and monitor training programs, provide coaching and mentorship, and ensure alignment with CATSA standards. Your interaction with Screening Personnel will foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions and refreshers
• Monitor training assessments and skill development
• Supervise participation in practical training sessions




• Intervene in screening process discrepancies
• Manage individual improvement training plans

Requirements:
• 12 months of experience as a certified Screening Officer
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel to support training
• Proven team collaboration and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
