Wesgroup Properties LP. is seeking a Live-In Residential Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day upkeep of a 71-unit rental building and nearby properties in BC.
You will work closely with the Resident Building Manager and janitorial staff to keep amenities protected and well-maintained. The role includes a live-in suite provided at start of employment, with on-site and portfolio-wide maintenance support and after-hours coverage as needed.
