Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering with clients
• Prepare and document design specifications
• Engage in the development of the D365 CE system




• Collaborate with team members and external vendors
• Be a key resource for client communications

Requirements:
• 3+ years of expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, or a related discipline
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus
• Familiar with Scribe and SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience with Field Service solutions preferred
