Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out necessary repairs in occupied and vacant units
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas
• Document activities in maintenance logs and complete timesheets

• Handle tools and perform physical tasks safely

Requirements:
• Two years’ experience in Class A residential maintenance
• Relevant post-secondary education in a related field
• Valid driver’s license and valuable driving history
