In this leadership role, you’ll develop and manage an integrated cutover plan while ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformations and stakeholder management will guide the project through planning, rehearsals, and the final cutover phases. Effective communication and solid governance skills are key to ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the cutover strategy
• Coordinate City-led activities, timelines, and risks
• Lead cross-functional planning and operational readiness efforts




• Validate readiness and lead Go/No-Go decision making
• Report to executives and manage stakeholder communications

Requirements:
• Experience as Cutover Lead in SAP transformations
• Expertise in enterprise cutover strategy development
• Strong understanding of hypercare and operational sustainment
• Experience with governance and steering committees
• Leadership and facilitation skills in stakeholder settings
