Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tooling operations and supervise team effectively
• Ensure proper setup of tools for production changes

Requirements:
• Tool and Die Certification or equivalent education
• 8+ years in tool and die/stamping experience
• 4+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing
