Company & Position Overview Company: Finning Canada Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: Join Finning as a Customer Fleet Coordinator! You will be responsible for the proactive planning of preventive maintenance service to our contract customers from start to finish. This includes machine hour use monitoring, MCO set up, opening work requests, validating parts lists, requesting parts, notifying Customer Fleet Advisors and branch Service Planners, closing work orders and invoicing MCO lines. We anticipate the base salary for this position will be between $52-$55k. Actual salary will be based on the candidate's experience.
Job Description Opening work requests, requesting parts, partnering with customer facing roles to have services completed within on-time delivery parameters. Invoicing of completed jobs within LLTI target timelines Monitoring machine usage Training and support of other team members as required.

Accountability Ensure WOs are opened and closed in a timely manner.
Ensure identification of aging WO’s and action appropriately.
Maintain accurate contract information in Salesforce programs

Education & Experience Grade 12 education at a minimum Post-secondary education in a related discipline considered an asset Previous office or administrative experience considered an asset.
