Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions.
Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm order details, and track deliveries.
Maintain organized procurement records, including filing of documents and updating databases.
Support senior procurement staff in sourcing activities and vendor evaluations.




Conduct basic market research to identify potential suppliers and gather pricing information.
Help resolve discrepancies in orders or deliveries and liaise with internal departments.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
0-2 years of experience in an administrative or procurement-related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Solid written and verbal communication abilities.
