Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders for strategic initiative development
• Provide coaching to leaders on performance and capability

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in management
• Five years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Proficient in analytical and problem-solving approaches
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
