We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a solid grasp of trading lifecycle and robust data analysis capabilities. This role not only requires business acumen but also agile leadership as a Scrum Master.

As a key contributor, you will work closely with various teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional design. Your role is crucial to improving workflows in collateral management and driving efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives. An adept communicator, you will manage team interactions and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze trading desk and collateral management requirements
• Create transparent specifications and user stories for development
• Partner with product owners to refine product backlog




• Oversee data analysis and validate integrity across processes
• Lead agile ceremonies for ongoing team improvements

Requirements:
• Extensive experience as a business analyst, ideally in finance
• Strong knowledge of Colin collateral management
• Proficient in Scrum methodologies and agile best practices
• Experience with UAT and acceptance criteria development
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
