Job Description Job Summary

Lead our mobile cleaning operations from Richmond, British Columbia, while ensuring every assigned location meets strict cleanliness, safety and service standards.

This Cleaner Supervisor position combines team leadership with practical site oversight across commercial buildings, hotels, schools, restaurants and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise cleaning teams at assigned locations

Hire and train recent cleaning employees

Inspect completed work for quality

Coordinate daily duties and schedules

Enforce workplace safety procedures

Address performance and service concerns

Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment

Report operational issues to management

Requirements





Secondary school graduation certificate

Strong staff-management abilities

Knowledge of cleaning procedures

Effective organizational skills

Ability to travel between locations
