Key Responsibilities:
• Drive production by executing established plans
• Monitor production quality and resolve issues
• Enforce safety and Valuable Manufacturing Practices
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors as needed
• Conduct daily checks to ensure operational readiness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 2-3 years in production management, ideally in food
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and G-Suite
• Leadership skills with a focus on improvement
