Take on a transformative role as a Knowledge Mobilization Caseworker with the John Howard Society of Ottawa. Engage with clients in Eastern Ontario to provide wraparound support and educational initiatives. As a caseworker, you will focus on executing the Project ReSet and T4C programs.

Your role emphasizes intensive case management rooted in understanding the dynamics of violence and trauma. You'll develop effective training sessions and interventions designed to equip clients and community partners with the necessary skills for positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized case management for community members
Create and lead educational programs for diverse stakeholders




Engage in direct counseling and referrals to necessary services
Travel throughout Eastern Ontario for client support
Evaluate and enhance service effectiveness for individuals at risk Requirements:
Degree or diploma in social sciences or related field
At least two years of experience with at-risk individuals
Robust understanding of trauma and its implications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
