You will ensure a protected and engaging setting for all patrons, crucial for the community’s growth and development. Key Responsibilities:
Assist patrons with program registrations effectively
Handle payments and provide receipts promptly
Promote safety and a positive customer experience
Ensure all patron interactions are qualified
Support the broader community services strategy Requirements:
Previous customer service experience required
Familiarity with Recreation or Fitness programming is a plus
Must hold Standard First Aid Certificate and C.P.R. Level C
Experience in recreational settings preferred
