You’ll be involved in strategic planning, contract management, and fostering relationships with service providers to promote effective support for families. Key Responsibilities:
Assist Facilitators in planning supports for families
Complete necessary service contracts for agencies
Oversee the management cycle of contracts
Promote reconciliation initiatives with Indigenous organizations
Facilitate resolution for complex stakeholder issues Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
Minimum 5 years in a social services leadership role
