Responsibilities
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm
Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, update account information, and process transactions
Assist customers in understanding products and services, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that advantage the customer while supporting sales goals
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure transparent, respectful, and effective interactions




Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement
Support multilingual customers by providing bilingual assistance in English and Spanish as needed

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or related roles that require strong communication skills
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual proficiency in English
Strong analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Experience with sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling strategies
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
