This role focuses on delivering alternative justice services and facilitating workshops for youth and adults. Candidates should possess a robust customer service background and be committed to the YMCA Mission and Values. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver alternative justice services to youth and adults
Develop and facilitate engaging workshops
Monitor community service placements with nonprofits
Liaise with justice agencies and community partners
Conduct outreach to stakeholders and community groups Requirements:
Minimum age of 18 years
Post-secondary degree in social services or related field
Class G Driver's License and own vehicle
Experience creating and delivering workshops
