This role focuses on delivering ethical, client-centered counseling services to employees and their household members. Your contribution will help navigate issues like workplace stress, anxiety, and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver solution-focused EAP counseling to clients
Conduct intake assessments and evaluations
Aid clients in coping with everyday challenges
Document clinical services accurately and timely
Coordinate care through ComPsych's processes Requirements:
Master's degree in a related field
At least 3 years of clinical experience
Required skilled accreditation or registration
Qualified liability insurance coverage
