Conduct assessments and evaluations of patient needs
Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings
Design and implement engaging activities for treatment programs
Support individual patients and their families with counselling
Mentor current team members and students in best practices Requirements:
Graduate of a Child and Youth Counselling program
Essential experience in paediatric psychiatry
Certification in CPR/First Aid required
Membership eligibility in Ontario Association of Child and Youth Counsellors
