Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the Busser assists with dining room setup, supports servers during service, and is responsible for clearing and resetting tables. They play an key role in creating a positive and memorable guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES Provide guests with exceptional service and a welcoming dining experience;

Support fellow team members on the floor whenever needed and assist with various service-related tasks;

Prepare table settings for guests and transparent, clean, and reset tables after guests leave the restaurant;

Ensure guests have all necessary tableware, utensils, and amenities at all times to enhance their dining experience;

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests;

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS Experience in the same or a similar position is considered an asset;

Training in restaurant service or culinary arts is considered an asset;

Strong ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively;

Self-motivated with a robust sense of initiative;

Availability to work evenings and weekends;

Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
