FIL Delivery is seeking a Brokerage Operations Coordinator in Mississauga, Ontario. This role focuses on streamlining brokerage load management while ensuring outstanding service delivery and operational efficiency. As a key contributor to the team, you will manage day-to-day brokerage bookings and collaborate closely with Fleet dispatch to optimize last-mile logistics.
Your ability to utilize routing software effectively will enhance customer service outcomes while aligning with revenue goals. In conjunction with your analytical skills, you will implement strategies for load optimization and rate negotiation. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily bookings for brokerage operations
Route internal brokerage operations using FarEye
Maintain accurate driver schedules in Sling
Liaise with Fleet dispatch for successful deliveries
Monitor loads, addressing issues proactively Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in brokerage or transportation
Solid working knowledge of FarEye or comparable software
Familiarity with CRM/TMS systems like Salesforce
Proven skills in logistics coordination
