Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and productive Housekeeping & Laundry Care Partner to join our team and ensure that our facility is clean and well-maintained. The Housekeeping & Laundry Care Partner will be responsible for cleaning Elder's rooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility, as well as performing tasks such as laundry and inventory management. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience or knowledge of The Eden Alternative approach to person centered care would be an asset.

Responsibilities:
Clean Elder's rooms and common areas, including, but not limited to; dusting, mopping, scrubbing, collecting & washing linens
Perform tasks such as laundry and inventory management




Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team members
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or laundry or in a similar role preferred, willing to train the right care partner.
Solid attention to detail
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Basic math, reading, communication skills
