Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized case management support
• Collaborate with various community entities for housing solutions




• Utilize harm reduction and motivational interviewing strategies
• Maintain and update client files effectively
• Support clients in building relationships with landlords

Requirements:
• Education in social services with relevant community experience
• Proven skills in supportive counseling and case management
• Knowledge of local housing resources and market conditions
• Effective communication abilities, both oral and written
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance necessary
