The role involves episodic client assistance, coordination with an integrated team, and contributing to responsive care delivery in the Downtown/Point Douglas area.
The position requires a high school diploma, two years in a community setting, and a valid driver’s license. It is an in-person role with days shifts and 7.75 hours per day.
