Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Canada to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and hit sales goals. This role acts as Manager on Duty in the manager’s absence and oversees staff, merchandising, and store standards.
We require at least two years in retail with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment, including day/evening/weekend availability.
