In this newly established role, you will spearhead the strategy for Jobber's employer brand and oversee internal messaging that fosters clarity and connection among employees. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent, you'll work in collaboration with various departments to ensure effective execution of the communications strategy that supports the business goals.
