Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting, this position focuses on delivering timely financial insights and facilitating budget development. You will analyze spending, monitor trends, and contribute to cost-effective initiatives that align with our mission to enhance health services across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:



• Analyze expenses and prepare insightful variance reports • Develop accurate financial models for budgeting and forecasting • Support monthly and quarterly financial processes • Review contracts and manage accrual processes • Identify and implement process improvements in reporting

Requirements: • Robust financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Post-secondary education in a related field • CPA is preferred but not mandatory
