This role involves supervising multiple teams carrying out high-pressure cleaning operations in a live turnaround. You will lead safety assessments, manage equipment and manpower logistics, and act as the key client liaison. Strong candidates will have hands-on experience in high-pressure environments and a commitment to safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct two or more vacuum and water cleaning crews
• Conduct site safety meetings and hazard assessments
• Organize manpower and resources effectively
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures and PPE
• Document work progress and incidents meticulously

Requirements:
• 5+ years in industrial cleaning and team supervision
• Experience with high-pressure pump operation
• Valid safety certifications in First Aid and H2S
• Strong troubleshooting skills for field equipment
• Class 5 driving license with a clean record
