Key Responsibilities Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships with a diverse range of organizations.
Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, outlining clear objectives, roles, and responsibilities.
Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with organizational goals and program needs.




Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions to promote potential collaborations.
Track and report on the progress and impact of all strategic partnerships.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or corporate relations.
Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic alliances.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the non-profit sector and the needs of the Northern Cape community.
