Make a difference in the lives of Indigenous individuals facing homelessness as a Case Manager at First Light. This role focuses on culturally appropriate support and housing solutions.

In your capacity as Case Manager, you will work with 8–10 participants, delivering intensive support tailored to help them transition from homelessness to sustainable housing. You will oversee housing planning, execute applications, and help navigate system complexities. Your work will reflect First Light's mission of cultural safety and community empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to matched participant needs
• Complete home visits and document outcomes
• Develop tailored housing access plans with participants




• Engage effectively with landlords for housing solutions
• Record all participant interactions and follow-ups in HIFIS

Requirements:
• Educational background in Social Work or related fields
• Minimum two years’ supportive housing experience
• Deep understanding of systemic discrimination in housing
• Excellent communication and case-management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
