Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for educator support

• Log interactions in CRM for follow-up and analysis
• Collaborate in training sessions and demonstrations for educators

Requirements:
• Over three years’ experience in customer support or sales
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and record-keeping
• High level of organization and time management
• Canadian work eligibility
