Key responsibilities Build and maintain an integrated plan covering business design, NDEX functional work, data, integrations, testing, migration, change and cutover
Establish practical governance, workstream cadences, decision forums, reporting and document controls
Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, budget, resources, risks, issues, assumptions and decisions
Coordinate HWC stakeholders across operations, compliance, finance, advisor-facing teams, data, technology and vendors
Drive timely decisions and elevate unresolved issues with clear recommendations and impacts
Plan business participation in workshops, validation, testing, training and readiness activities
Coordinate implementation readiness, cutover planning, hypercare and transition to steady-state ownership
Maintain clear executive reporting focused on accomplishments, next steps, decisions required and risks
Project charter, scope and integrated delivery plan
Governance model, meeting cadence and stakeholder plan
Milestone plan, RAID log, decision log and dependency map
Resource, budget and vendor tracking
Testing, readiness, cutover and hypercare plans
Executive status reporting and steering materials
Closure, hand-off and lessons-learned package
Required qualifications 10+ years managing complex business and technology delivery in wealth management
Experience with portfolio management platforms (Croesus, Harmony, D1g1t, NDEX, Addepar, Orion), operating model change, data migration and system integration
Experience coordinating business, compliance, operations, technology and external vendors




Strong understanding of Canadian wealth management and the importance of controlled data, supervision and client-service continuity
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, challenge weak assumptions and keep senior stakeholders focused on decisions
Success indicators The three workstreams operate against one integrated plan with clear dependencies and accountabilities
Decisions, risks and issues are visible and resolved promptly
