In this role, you will leverage your expertise in manufacturing quality, ensuring high standards for new product introductions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop quality requirements and maintain vital documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate APQP activities in new product initiatives
• Support development of Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
• Champion process control plans in manufacturing




• Oversee NPI deliverables and monitor compliance
• Conduct effective Root Cause Analyses as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related area
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing quality
• Familiarity with DFMEAs, PFMEAs, and Control Plans
• Experience interacting with customers on quality issues
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
