In this role, you will report directly to the Dispatch Manager, ensuring that the load plan is communicated effectively to drivers and clients alike. You’ll listen to driver feedback, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations, all while driving efficiency within the dispatch process. Your keen attention to detail will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate load plans and changes to drivers and customers
• Ensure drivers possess necessary instructions for safety




• Update dispatch systems regularly to reflect current information
• Record orders and trips accurately in the TMW
• Audit reports for compliance with corporate standards

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in dispatching
• Experience with TMW or similar systems is advantageous
• Strong communication and judgment skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure setting
