Key Responsibilities:
• Lead estimation for medium and large projects
• Analyze contract specifications for project validation
• Perform full quantity take-offs for labor and materials
• Coordinate bid submissions and present estimates
• Mentor and support other estimators in the team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant trade experience
• Over 8 years of estimating experience preferred
• Proven leadership in high-value project pursuits
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods
• Advanced skills in estimating tools and Microsoft Office
