We’re currently recruiting and training future school bus drivers for routes in the following locations: Sarnia, Petrolia, and surrounding communities.

WHY SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS ARE IMPORTANT:
School bus drivers are an essential part of a students’ day. They’re there to greet, guide, and ensure the students in your community stay protected as they travel to and from school.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, courteous individual with a clean driving record that’s free of accidents, moving violations, and demerit points.

WHAT IF I’VE NEVER DRIVEN A BUS BEFORE?




No experience driving a school bus? No problem! Langs offers FREE B class training and licencing to all new hires – all at no cost to you! All you need to have is your full G license for at least 2 consecutive years, in the last 3 years, and a great attitude!

THE HOURS

Monday to Friday, during the school year

Average part-time hours per week vary between 20 and 25 hours

Guaranteed minimum of 17.5 hours per week

Drivers complete an AM run and a PM run (with the period in betweenoff)

Route lengths and start times vary but bus runs typically operatebetween 6:30-9:30 AM and 1:30-4:30 PM
