About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant with experience in the Public Sector to join their team in Kimberley . You will play a vital role in advising government agencies and public organizations on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery. This position demands a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of public administration challenges, and the ability to foster positive change within the Northern Cape region, working closely with stakeholders in a traditional office environment.
Key Responsibilities Analyze public sector operations, policies, and programs to identify areas for reform and improvement.
Develop strategic plans, organizational designs, and implementation roadmaps for government entities.
Advise on best practices in public administration, financial management, and service delivery enhancement.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and build consensus among diverse groups within public sector organizations.
