Domtar is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician for our Atikokan Sawmill, Ontario, a pivotal role centered around maintenance and safety standards. This full-time position fosters a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll engage in various essential tasks such as preventive maintenance, system optimization, and timely communication with production staff. Your expertise will ensure the operational integrity of our facility while adhering to safety protocols and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventive maintenance on production machinery
• Optimize and modify electrical control systems
• Manage work orders using the Maintenance CMMS
• Update and communicate maintenance processes to supervisors
• React promptly to production calls during downtime

Requirements:
• Certified in Industrial or Construction Electrical
• 3 to 5 years in an industrial electrical role
• Safety-conscious with a proven track record
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts
