The New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program (EMP), known as the “hospital without walls,” coordinates comprehensive home-based care for Recent Brunswickers. You will join an integrated, multidisciplinary team delivering highly coordinated primary health care in patients’ homes and communities.
The role requires nursing registration, at least two years of recent nursing experience, and strong leadership, communication and confidentiality skills. A valid NB license and CPR Level C are essential.
