About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled and empathetic Employee Relations Specialist to join their team in Kimberley . You will act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, promoting fair practices and resolving workplace conflicts proactively. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee grievances and complaints.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
Interpret and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Advise on disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution.




Facilitate mediation and resolution of workplace disputes.
Contribute to the development and delivery of employee relations training programs.
Requirements 3+ years of experience specifically in employee relations or a closely related HR field.
Comprehensive knowledge of South African labour law and dispute resolution processes.
Proven experience in conducting investigations and managing complex employee issues.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Relevant degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline.
