As Manager of Health & Total Rewards, you will design and implement strategies that promote organizational performance and meet legislative compliance. Your role will encompass overseeing compensation, benefits, and health safety programs while mentoring a cross-functional team. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will provide expert advice to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Total Rewards and disability management strategies
• Advise senior leaders on health and safety compliance




• Evaluate compensation and benefits programs for effectiveness
• Develop governance frameworks to ensure operational consistency
• Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years in HR or Total Rewards experience
• At least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity
• CHRL or CHRP designation preferred
• Experience in public sector unions is advantageous
