In this role, you'll manage the Social, Environmental, and Regulatory Approvals (SERA) for major projects, working closely with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will excel at leading multidisciplinary teams, developing strategic permitting, and maintaining strong relationships with Indigenous communities and government officials. It’s crucial to have strong communication and organizational skills to navigate multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic regulatory plans for key projects
• Lead project teams across multiple disciplines for SERA




• Ensure conformance with Indigenous relationships and social programs
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedules proficiently
• Provide updates to the SERA Advisory Group and project boards

Requirements:
• Environmental Science or Engineering degree required
• Eight years minimum in regulatory approvals in the natural resources sector
• Knowledge of B.C. regulatory practices is a robust asset
• Proven ability to lead teams and stakeholders effectively
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
